1. No Refunds
All sales are final. Once an order is placed and the payment is processed, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
2. Exchanges and Store Credit
While we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit may be provided at our discretion for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. Such requests must be made within [X] days of receipt of the item.
