I wasn't in Los Angeles, so I called over to see if they could customize and send me a piece (anxious that it would be a difficult process). I was quickly connected to David and he was AMAZING. Truly 5 star customer service. His communication during the process was superior and he made me feel so special over just email. I can't recommend David Tishbi Jewelry enough! I have several pieces from David (a necklace, earrings, and a ring) and they are all fabulous.
