Yes you can. Please review our repairs policy to learn more. Make-a-mate repairs cost half the current retail price of a full pair of earrings, plus shipping. Our ability to make a mate is dependent on availability of materials. In order to ensure the earring’s match, we request that you contact us first to send in your remaining earring so that our jewelers can use that as a guide. We do not guarantee that materials will be available, but we will try our best to make a match for you. To request a mate made, contact us via email or phone.

We are able to resize rings, however, some rings are not able to be adjusted based on their design. To request a ring resize contact us via email or phone.
- Know your size
If you already have a ring that fits, you can order that same size. All of our rings run true to US standard size (within +/- a quarter size). It is your responsibility to make sure you’ve measured your finger size properly.
- Temperature is important
Don’t measure when your body temperature is either too cold or too hot. A cold finger shrinks while a hot finger expands, causing an inaccurate reading. Only measure when fingers are at room temperature.
- A wider band needs a bigger size
Rings with a particularly thick band (the knuckle to knuckle height) will feel tighter than a thin band. In these cases, we recommend buying a full size larger than your normal ring size.
- Big knuckles can affect your size
Your ring should fit snugly over the knuckle. If your knuckle is a lot larger than the base of your finger, measure both the base of your finger and your knuckle and select a size in between the two.
- Gifts can be tricky
If you are buying a gift, the best way – but not always the easiest way – to determine the size is to borrow a ring from the recipient (from the correct finger) and try it on your own hand. Mark the spot on your finger where it fits and then measure that size.
- Quarter & half sizes
Certain rings are available in half or quarter sizes.

All of our pieces are made by hand, and most pieces are made-to order. We are usually able to make and ship pieces within one to ten business days. More complex specialty orders may take 2-4 weeks to complete, depending on the design. If your order is time sensitive, contact us via phone or email to ensure it is made and shipped on time.

We are now offering US Postal Service Flat Rate Shipping for $75 as an option to our International customers. Pricing is for shipping only, and does not include duties or taxes that may apply. Every piece is shipped in its own David Tishbi branded jewelry box. All of our necklaces, earrings, and bracelets come in sustainable pouches. If you would like gift wrapping, please make a note in the comment section at check-out, or let our customer service team know at email@example.com.
We accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned with original packaging and in perfect condition. Items returned without original pouches, or jewelry boxes will be charged a restocking fee. Items purchased through promotions are subject to promotion rules and regulations, and are usually non-refundable. We are only able to accept returns for pieces purchased through our website. Customized or custom made items are not returnable.
